OUR BEACHES
Gold Coast holidays are all about the beach: lying
back on the sand reading the latest best-seller;
cooling off in the surf; shooting the waves;

your feet. At Broadbeach, two patrolled areas ensure
safe swimming for everyone.
FARMERS MARKETS
On the first and third Sunday of each month, the
beachfront parkland is transformed into a
kaleidoscope of market stalls where everything is
home-grown, home-made or home-baked. From September
to May, the after-dark Lantern Markets are held
every Friday night.
FESTIVALS
Every Saturday free live concerts take centre stage
in Broadbeach Mall. On Sunday, the musicians and
entertainers go from restaurant to restaurant.
Other major annual events include Blues on
Broadbeach which sees the streets blocked off to
traffic and transformed into one giant outdoor party
for the Gold Coast’s very own blues festival.

World, Water World, Sea World, even Australia Zoo -

SPORTS & EVENTS
The Gold Coast is a Golfer's Paradise with over 30
